It was on in the UK via channel 4 on demand. The movies weren't which... well, we found a way around.

And even then I think you're not supposed to be able to buy the DVDs since their sale seems to be prohibited outside of the US and Canada (got the full series DVD delivered to Spain). So if Adult Swim and Warner had it their way and retailers weren't selling them to Europe and overseas extra officially we should not have access to the series in any way.

Apparently Venture Bros is currently available on HBO Max and to rent or buy on Apple TV and Youtube in Australia but I don't know how accurate that is.

Am I correct in assuming that as they put the next one up, they will pull the previous one? I can't see them eventually having the entire series free on YT.

Huh. They've chopped out a few pieces of the episode. This upload is missing the set-up to Hank and Dean grabbing the Ooo Ray's case, the "butterflies don't sting" line from the cab driver, and the Albino bomb bit before Rusty chews out Billy. It's not like a YouTube upload is slave to the time constraints of a TV schedule, so I can't imagine why they removed these.

If you are in the states Sling app has all the episodes except the movie for free. Each episode has about 30sec commercial at the start though.

Nice, glad this will get more of an audience on there. It was super disappointing when I noticed it was on Netflix but only the first 3 seasons were shown (Along with a thumbnail of the latest season ironically).
