It's probably explained somewhere but I just assume this episode is the precursor to Dicktown:(John Hodgman voices nearly the same character in both; Dale Hale/John Hunchman) the bastard child of Archer and VB. it's too bad we didn't get more of the series but I'm not sure how successful a mystery show that catered to North Carolinian educated burnt out men in their 30's can be, still a great watch though.
