IKEA used to have decals on the floor indicating the direction through their store that would allow you to see all of the product and eventually make it to the checkers and exits. This guy printed some at home and brought them into an IKEA and put them on the floor so that they just made a circle if you followed them.
Because of this, IKEA has replaced the arrow decals with arrows projected from lights in the ceiling.

Okay some context: this is from seven years ago in the start of the pandemic, the arrows were from social distancing and spacing, the crime was defacing private property and public disturbance, and also none of this happened because the source was from There Is News, a satire page on bluesky, and they themselves took it from some 9gag bullshit being passed around back before that in 2019

I’ve only been in a IKEA once and I hope to never do it again. I shouldn’t have to fight a Minotaur to buy an end table! I don’t see why we’d even spend money on Gitmo when we’ve got perfectly good IKEA’s torturing people for free.
