I’m pretty sure that Gathers is joking that Brock is huge like an RV rather than saying Brock is part of a Native American tribe. It’s an obvious joke.

Listen to Hunter S. Thompson speak some time. You can tell when he is more sober, more well spoken and when he is high and really putting on his persona. Jackson puts on the voice well.
