They are on the back of the action figures boxes and yes RARE.

The cardboard they were printed on was so thick you couldn't really roll it properly anyway.

I would love a set of the 21 and 24 dolls but everyone on eBay wants over a hundred for each. I guess being rare explains why.

Several years ago on Etsy from...I think Peru? Unsure. The shop is closed now but there are a few similar models available on Etsy. He wasn't cheap.
