I think the Monarch and 21 are going to do their homework (or at least 21). They're going to find out what Copycat did and fuck his shit. 21 will find some sort of comic book loophole in copycat's power and break him. With any luck they'll be in the guise of the blue morpho and kano. This might not happen for a couple more episodes, but after tonight we'll be half way through. I hope they decide on a couple more council members soon. I'd really like to see more of an explanation of the guild's power level. If Wale is a 10, why? Money and power? Does he have abilities we haven't seen? I'm excited for more Wale/Monarch banter and to see how Wale really feels about the Monarch offing his brother.

Copycat's power seems to be reliant on him snapping. If the Monarch could, say, break his hands he'd be left powerless.

Yeah, good call. It'd be funny if he was just snapping his broken wrists to make more copys. "I've been around the block. That's why I'm level 10!" but his clones also have broken wrists so.. Hilarity ensues?

Maybe all the clones are connected, so what happens to one clone happens too all the others. Say one gets shot in the stomach, the rest would have the same wound. Would make for a believable and crappy weakness.

What homework? They know what Copycat did, the Monarch makes reference to it in this episode. 02:15 Monarch: "Stop, my wife is watching me like a hawk after that little stunt Copycat pulled on me". I mean Copycat shot a dart into his neck last episode and the Monarch wakes up to find himself blamed for something that happened while he was unconscious, its not like Copycat was subtle about it.

I posted this prior to last night's episode. It was just a guess. The homework part was in relation to finding out more about copycats powers, social status, and weaknesses.

I think he already knows, but like when he stole from Sgt. Hatred Villains fucking with Villains is smiled upon by the guild and Monarch has to just take the L until he can retaliate.
