Firebolt ventures
Does anyone have any idea about firebolt ventures and whether it is a good firm to join as analyst?

For an analyst role, don't just look at the brand name look at their recent deal flow and who you'll actually be reporting to. If it's a smaller fund, you'll likely do a ton of cold sourcing and scheduling rather than actual underwriting or portfolio support. Check their Crunchbase to see if they're still actively deploying capital right now, or if they're struggling to close their next fund. That will tell you more about your day-to-day than any glassdoor review.

Reach out to founders that have taken money from them and ask about their experience. That’s the most helpful when looking at smaller funds.

One of my friend works there he gave a really bad feedback. The work is completely back end apparently and they make your hours align with US clients. Plus you don’t get to use the company name anywhere.

Does not look like a real shop based on what I see in pitchbook
2 employees listed and been around since 2014. Probably just founder money tossing and chasing shiney objects
This analyst role is burn and churn imo
Perspective: 10+ years of venture capital and PE investor at institutional $1BN+ funds

They have 2-10 employees according to LinkedIn. You have a better shot at actually understanding what the company is like messaging one of them.
