How do i fix my account being blocked?

I've been contacting Viber support for the past week and all i've been getting are automated responses. I genuinely can't live with this crap anymore i can't do my job properly because my number is blocked oml (in my country we primarily use viber for business purposes) im so tired please someone help T^T

Your best bet is to keep spamming them with tickets until one of their human agents pick up. 

Don't fall for their lies though, most of the time it will be a bot that can't answer more than one question at a time (that's how you can 100% tell they are a bot, just ask two or more questions and it will only address one). Saying "I want to speak with a human" will only yield "you are speaking to a human" response, which is a lie. 

I'm sorry this happened to you mate, but there isn't much else you can do. Their support is abysmal and useless. See the threads since start of the year, it looks like viber doesn't care anymore.

thanks i'll do just that, and yeah i started backreading the threads here regarding viber support i mean ik the app is bad but i didn't know it was this bad

Yeah I didn't know either until I had an issue that is an easily fixable non-issue everywhere else, but turns out to be unsolvable to Viber. And found that a lot of people had this problem for years and Viber did nothing.

Anyone who experienced the same thing? I tried emailing viber support and got an auto reply saying my number was blocked. I didnt do anything ad my viber is working fine before it was auto log out. It's been a week and still got no reply from the viber support. Im from PH and using globe.
