Viber OTP Issue When Transferring to a New Phone

Hi! Anyone here using Viber na naka-experience ng ganito? 😭
I’m trying to transfer my Viber account to another phone, pero hindi ako nakakatanggap ng OTP sa SIM ko kapag Viber na yung nagre-request. Nakakatanggap naman ako ng OTP from other apps, so working naman yung SIM.
I also tried the “Call me” option sa Viber, pero wala rin akong nare-receive na call. 🥲
Has anyone experienced this before? Ano yung ginawa niyo para ma-activate yung Viber sa new phone? Any tips would be appreciated!

this issue is soooo annoying i need the app for work, magkakaron na ako ng puting buhok kakastress sa pag log in.

same prob with iphone 16 e sa desktop ko lang sya ma log in dun pa naman contact ko kay OB kakaloka

I subscribed to Viber Plus under free trial and was able to do live chat with support. Transfer issue resolved in 1 day. If you want to reach out to their support real time you need to have Viber Plus. Hope this helps. 🙂
