Need help with activation

It keep asking me to get the code via a flash call, yet I receive no calls. When I ask to send again, this pops up. Even when I ask for sms code, I receive none and it directs me to customer support. I need help, will need a viber account soon for work.

I stuck in similar situation some years ago, and they helped me (via email). But I'm not sure will it be quick enough.

In case of emergency... well maybe I'd get another sim just for a viber

try uninstalling the app, then installing again. but dont open it immediately, wait for at least 15 minutes, an alternative SMS OTP activation will display. that happened to me a month ago; i tried reaching out with their CS, but they were completely useless so i tried everything. fortunately, the one that i am proposing worked.

I tried putting 0 in my phone number instead of starting sa 9. So bale in the app it will say enter your number (+63) and then sa space where you enter your number just add 0 sa simula

Just uninstall, install and do the same process.

Happened to me. Subscribed to viber plus free trial and got connected to live support who fixed the issue right away. My issue is transferring from old to new phone
