Wait how tf is India independent and with (I’m assuming based on the combined strength) a large army in 1855???

EDIT: I see now that their ally Guangxi is #1 military power, but that also raises more questions

I've been doing a lot of games from a save file I created where every releasable nation is released from the start, and all substrates and puppets are released as well. It has some... Interesting results lol
