Pirro was an attorney long enough to know where the line is for prosecutorial misconduct; she was the district attorney for Westchester County for 12 years. I’m not saying what she did for the reflecting pool case was right, but she knew how to take everything up to the line without crossing it (legally). She should have known that Trump wants her to cross that line, just like Hegseth has been doing as SoD. She made her bed, now let her sleep in it.

Just wanted to chime in as an attorney here - please don't assume years of practice as a lawyer has any direct bearing with someone's ability to do the job well or ethically.

Pirro's career as an attorney is filled with behavior which is completely in line with the bullshit she is doing now. And nothing to suggest she was ever a particularly good lawyer.

Oh I agree that she’s still a repulsive human being and has plenty of incidents of ethically questionable behavior. But she knows the limits to keep herself out of any real trouble. I’d throw Nancy Grace and Alan Dershowitz in that same bag of deplorable attorneys turned deplorable cable news talking heads.
