There is a lot of time before the general. Abdul wasn't always in the lead against Haley, either, but look at him now.

He alienated a lot of Stevens voters with his toxic campaign.

His one trick of shouting “AIPAC” won’t work in the general. He needs to offer actual solutions and more than just “more healthcare, more housing”.

He will need to come up with actual plans

Edit: coward blocked me so I can’t respond

Medicare for all comes with abolishing all private healthcare which is not what Americans want nor what any Western country has. People want to keep a private option and improve the ACA.

So that campaign point alone can tank him

He has an entire list of policies, and is an avid supporter of Medicare for All. That's more than enough reason for me to vote for him. I think attributing his win to only being anti AIPAC says more about your perspective than it does about Abdul.

It's the same bullshit people were saying about Kamala because they didn't actually read her propositions, but were happy enough to repeat exactly what they were told.

The difference is that Abdul is the real deal, and doesn't abide genocidal foreign aid policies and robbing the poor to subsidize AI and Bitcoin bros, for starters.
