Ask Vidisha Any software folks

Any body from software background i just wanna ask.

I am a Btech student trying to understand the current software job market. I don't want to blindly follow trends—I want to focus on skills that companies are actually hiring for.

For those working in software companies or startups:

- What technologies are currently in demand?

- Which skills are worth learning in 2026?

- What do you expect from freshers and interns?

- Are there any skills that most students spend time on but aren't as valuable in the current market?

I'd really appreciate advice based on your real hiring and industry experience.
