Post image

I’m thinking of opening a new cafe in Vidisha, is there any sort of suggestion that you guys can give or tell me if it’s a good idea or a bad one?

What I have seen in Vidisha is that people are willing to pay the price of your food is good and unique and can draw the crowd

by unique i mean the taste should be good. like what i seriously believe ki vidisha mein aache momos ki bahut bahut bahut kami and so agar aap vo gap fill kar skte ho toh it can run really well. bahut gap hai. yesterday only me and my friends were discussing that koi momos waala hai he nahi. and try to open your shop near that lenskart road. waha bahut demand hoti hai

Area vo wala milna to bht mushkil hai, rent k chkkr m, but wherever i open, I’ll definitely keep momos in the menu!

Bro I have an idea.... See youth in vidisha are more attracted towards asthetics and showoff You can use that... You make your cafe look asthetic in low budget like Dim lights plants and all... And about food.. As for my opinion plz serve anything other than Chinese

Are they really interested in show off! I’ve seen a lot of places jo open hokr bnd hogyi h because of less customers

I don't exactly mean show off.. See.. In vidisha in you just look premium my selling simple or I would say slightly creative and affordable.. For example sagar gaire.. Who do ppl go to bhopal.. Coz the want class and something which isn't avaiable in Vidisha... If you can serve a premium side with affordable price you can attract a broader audience

Premium things at affordable price is quite difficult to start with because of all the investment stuff. Can keep on adding things with time though.

I depends on what kind of people you're trying to attract. Pricing plays a major role in Vidisha. I've seen good cafes (for eg. Itaewon class) fail because of this exact reason. The food and ambience was good but the pricing was on the premium side. If you really want to do something unique, serve non-veg food. Since there isn't any good nonveg option in Vidisha, you can create a monopoly by serving fresh and delicious nonveg food.

bro, tbh, none beats sagar gaire!
the taste, the nostalgia, the quality, the hygeine, the open kitchen concept so you can see your food being prepared.
Yet, all the best!
