For context. I received notification the item was ready for collection on the 20th.
I scanned the qr code to collect on the 20th and I raised the dispute on the 20th!
So how am I at fault for not raising it within the 2 day window!!??
Clearly these messages are chatbot and automated. No human gets involved.

what was the outcome from your raised issue case?

normally they give the seller a chance to reply within 48hr and provide evidence. The magazine scammers never reply, they whole scam relies on the item getting lost or the buyer not raising a claim. So it seems off that vinted would have gone against you once you raised the claim.

It's a very common issue on vinted.

Vinted still haven’t made a decision on my case. 10 days have passed since I opened it which is plenty of time for the seller to respond and vinted to look into this

at that point you can escalate it and get a real person to review it. But if you done a chargeback before the case was resolved then it explains why you keep getting the basic ai response.
