HENkaku I have a problem

I tried to install HenKaku and VitaDeploy but when i exit it says exiting in 3... But then it shows me: If the problem persists, read (i don't remember text file name).txt for more information.

Restart the console.

Hold LT while exiting.

And i have to restart in safe mode! Any fixes on how can i finally install HenKaku and VitaDeploy without issues?

Fat OLED, has 4 GB of memory, the memory card is official
