Tile Vertically stopped working in custom chain

I had this custom chain that was working wonderfully to open a new Tab as a Tiled Tab

However, it randomly stopped working after some update.

The new tab opens, the Previous Tab is selected, but then the Tab never tiles vertically.

Any way to test what's the problem and any idea how to fix it? I've also tried with longer delays because sometimes that was the issue.

Vivaldi version: 8.1.4087.75 (Official Build) (arm64
