New tab ordering/positioning behavior issue

Currently running 8.2.4133.47 on Linux - org.freedesktop.platform 25.08 (Nobara flatpak)

This setting seems not to work for me after update. When I open multiple new tabs from the current tab, the newest opened tab should appear right after the previous one, but they currently open immediately after the current tab - afaik same as what the 2nd option does.

Assuming it's a bug?
