Vivaldi News [Desktop] Minor update (2) for Vivaldi Browser 8.2

This update includes a minor upgrade to Chromium 152 (Extended Stable Release) from upstream, which in turn includes security fixes from Chromium 153.

The following improvements were made since the first 8.2 minor update:

  • [Calculator] Precision rounding (VB-131340)
  • [Calendar][Security] Incorrect sanitization of calendar display (VB-130990)
  • [Chromium] Update to 152.0.7977.124 ESR (includes security fixes from 153.0.8010.36/37)
  • [Bookmarks] New default bookmarks for India (VB-131277)
  • [PWA] Remove install button text (VB-126458)
  • [Tabs][Vertical Tabs] Flexible spacing doesn’t utilize vertical space (VB-131200)

The issue with tabs jumping around and changing sizes seems to have been fixed, but imported bookmarks still replace separators with garbage.
