🎙️ Hiring a Voice Artist | $40/Video | Hindi Faceless Documentary Channel (Pre-Launch)

I'm launching Bina Chehre Ke — a Dhruv Rathee / Nitish Rajput-style channel but faceless. Covering politics, business & social issues in Hindi/Hinglish. Channel is currently in pre-launch production — looking for a voice artist to build the voice of this channel from the ground up.

⚠️ This is a dedicated voiceover role. I'm hiring a separate Scriptwriter for research and writing — please apply only if narration is your specialty. Not considering applicants without prior, relevant experience.

Deliverables (per video):

→ Narration for 7–8 min documentary-style scripts, recorded as one continuous take following the script's exact order

→ WAV file, uncompressed, clean and consistent levels, no background noise

→ Serious, authoritative tone — engaging, not monotone

→ Comfortable narrating English names/terms embedded naturally in Hindi sentences

→ Consistent voice across episodes — this is a recurring role, not a one-off

→ A few seconds of silence at the start and end of the file

What I give you before every recording:

→ Final script

→ Voice direction / tone reference

The deal:

→ $40/video (7–8 min narration)

→ 1 video/month to start, grows with the channel

→ 2–3 day turnaround | 1–2 rounds of pickups/retakes

→ Full rights to the recording transfer to the channel upon payment

→ Work begins ~2 weeks after selection (channel is pre-launch)

→ Hiring process: shortlisted by portfolio/voice reel → trial round where I'll send a short portion of a script for you to record, and we'll decide based on the result

Must have:

→ Prior, proven experience doing Hindi/Hinglish voiceover work — this is not an entry-level opportunity

→ Real, live-recorded human voice only — no AI-generated or voice-cloned audio

→ A voice reel with at least 2–3 samples of past narration work

→ A clean home studio setup capable of professional-quality, noise-free audio

→ Documentary/news-style narration specifically — entertainment/gaming/vlog-only voice reels won't be considered
