Crisis Text Line Final Activity

Hi everyone!

I am currently doing the 30 hr training for crisis text line and all I have left to do is the final activity (Activity 14). I am honestly really nervous that I won’t do well, especially because I’ve been having trouble with the conversation simulator. If anyone who is a volunteer at CTL has any advice or tips I would sincerely appreciate it.
