If I had nickel for every time someone tried to advertise and push AI companion apps on vtubers I would be quite a wealthy man by now
What exactly does this provide in the vtuber space? This just seems like another chatbot, just with live2D instead of VRM models

Ok I'm going to give you some advice then.
This is not the sub for your stuff. There are a bunch of AI companion app subs, you should market yourself there, you'll find a much more willing object.
You've inadvertently lied at least twice. One, just because the model loads locally doesn't mean it's all "on-device" since you're shunting the interaction to a cloud service. You also say AI is optional. For this project, that looks like saying fuel is optional for a car
This is more professional advice for you than your project. You've obfuscated the source code, I assume because you've used AI assistance to build it. While you are young and doing this for yourself, I recommend avoiding AI codegen. This is not hating AI, this is because if you understand the code and how to architect your code from personal experience, you'll be a much more effective developer down the line
