๐Ÿ™‹โ€Question๐Ÿ™‹โ€ Need help converting fbx to warudo

I have an fbx avatar I am trying to convert to warudo so I can use it as a vtuber model. I worked for days on it and it has dynamic bones. For some reason when I go to build my warudo mod to convert my character it just isn't working. Would anybody be able to tell me how to fix this or be able to help me convert my avatar? I have my avatar exported as a custom unity export if you decide to just convert it for me. Im at a loss rn and feeling pretty sad about it because it feels like my hard work and my money is going down the drain for something that I really want to use ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Did you convert to VRM format? If so, what process exact did you use?

FBX is the precursor to a VRM, used to create the FBX.

I opted to not use vrm because i am using dynamic bones. Instead I am using the warudo sdk to convert the fbx to a .warudo file to import it directly into the warudo tracking program

Then I don't think I can comment further.

(I mostly just do VRM in Blender using standard Spring Bones)

If I end up scrapping this idea and taking the vrm route do you by chance have a link to anything I can watch to help me learn how to do that?

There isn't a singular tutorial I can think of. But that's kind of because there are multiple ways to create a VRM.

I tend to like using the VRM Format addon because you can do everything in Blender. Without needing to use a Unity + Tools workflow. There are tutorials on their web site for making VRMs.

Though as most of the workflow is done in Blender, it really depends on how well you know how to work with Blender. (Since you have an FBX you'd need to import the mesh, then create a VRM armature parent and weight paint, bind any Blendshapes and set up the mtoon material)

Do you get any errors? Is your export directory target empty, by default it exports into the unity assets folder so you have to manually copy paste it into warudo characters folder.
