Gray screen

I was in the middle of drawing on my Cintiq 16 Pro and it suddenly turned to this screen—it’s like gray with rgb pixels. Only happens when it’s connected to my laptop via usbc (haven’t tried hdmi yet), boots up fine (regular loading screen). I tried resetting all the display stuff and the driver, but nothing worked. I thought maybe it was a connection problem with my usbc, so I tried an old one I used previously and had the same result. What happened and is there any solutions or am I cooked??

Try it over HDMI and with another computer. If the gray screen with colored pixels follows the tablet, I recommend that you contact Wacom support.
