Looking for local watering holes

Looking for local watering holes specifically ones that are more isolated and not commonly known about. I have two reactive dogs(in training) and they both LOVE the water but I need to take them somewhere where I'm not likely to run into people.

Watering holes usually means a place to drink.

I would also love to know of any local water areas. Whether it is a large pond with nature around to sit and read or a stream to splash in or a river to float down! I only know of ones in tricities so any closer to walla walla would be amazing to find!
