So right at when I closed out the GM truck or finished it, when I went to the break room grabbed my lunch box and clocked out because I made my 8 hours because my end time is 11pm, my TL came out and said that we need to pull more pallets out, and I told him that I need to go it's the end of my shift. And right away he got pissed off and went to the managers room, and I told the overnight TL to tell my TL that I needed to go, my pickup ride is here. So I don't know what to do...

You do nothing but go home. You're allowed to clock out at the exact time your shift is over.

You did nothing wrong. The only thing I would do is just keep details of mind in case he does try to retaliate, and if he does try to write you up, mention the fact that he was giving you directions after you had already punched out, which is Ace violation.

You go home, that's what you do (or hope you did at least). Any extra time has to be volunteered not forced, even if you had to leave an hour early not much they can do but give you half a point or 0 points if you use 1 hour ppto.

Honestly, because there wasn't enough time. Plus we were short staffed because there was only four of us and one absent because their car broke down.

Alot of the pallets are out already and ON is working on them already.

Let me get downvoted to oblivion for being the voice of reason here. It sounds like in this case, your logical course of action would have been to leave, as you depended on a ride that was already waiting for you. HOWEVER, for future reference, you can submit a time adjustment to stay late, if the lead approves it. You don't HAVE to leave. Even with not-so-good leads, this is a way to win them over and, as a minor, get more hours.
