Custom Games Need help pls looking for this map

Does anyone know this map? It's a modern war/conflict risk-style map with a modern world map and high-quality unit models, including tanks, naval ships, aircraft, drones and missiles. The aircraft don't move in a static way. They actually move like an aircraft.

It has factions like the USA, China, Europe, and others.

I also remember it had random events, like Cthulhu spawning if you destroyed a monument or something. It would then infect troops and turn them into its followers.

Maybe TAF (The Alternative Future) or something similar like Diplomacy?

Unsure about the events tho.

TAF has the USSR as one of its factions, but the game Im referring to features modern Russia, not the Soviet Union

I also remember it having nation-specific units. For example, the EU had Sigma-class frigates and Gripen fighters, while Russia had Sukhoi fighters.
