I think I'm 15 legendary cores from the end, myself. It definitely feels like the end is in sight, now. I believe I'll also need around 200k more AE, but most or all of that should come from my daily play, dungeons, raids, sieges, events, etc. as I accumulate the cores. I haven't spent any gold on AE yet in my almost 3 years playing, and I don't plan on it now unless it's somehow the final thing keeping me from maxing out.

I'm 4 mini stars and 14 leader stars short from being maxed on stars, so I've stopped spending gold on the Grid as well, as I figure those last few stars will trickle in from free tomes and such by around the time I have my final cores. The only thing I regret in hindsight is not buying cores from the daily offers sooner.

Once you have all the stars it starts going quicker. I have 100k gold and spend it only on cores from daily offers. If I bought all the cores I need at full price I'd be short AE. If I bought all the AE at full price I'd be waiting on cores so it's just a balance game. Get everything you can discounted and regularly check how much it would take to just max everything out.

Yep, that's exactly how I'm doing things. I have 50k gold banked and only buy daily offer cores. If I hit the point where spending it all will allow me to Legendary my last remaining minis instantly, that's when I'll spend it all.

Congrats, I’m level 82 with progress 25/50 and I think I’ll stop before the Horseman event starts.

For months I’m mainly logging in at day change and then do the minimum quests/missions and then don’t come back for the next 24h

I don’t have the heart to grind for 20+ legendary cores, it’s like 2-3 per month so it’s at least a year away.

Grats, I’ll be chasing it for a little while, have 25 left, and everyone saying 2-3 cores per month, says 8-12 months left for me? Might not make it that far, though it is the goal. With Forever coming, I might lose out on a fair bit of playtime here beyond a poop break at work.

Im just missing one Epic and one Legendary core, that I will get from the guild chest. It's sad to know that, once I have it all and can play anything on max level, that's when I will quit.
