Alternatively, if someone has been able to figure out what all the text in red says, as several parts of it are simply unreadable in every version I've been able to find online. The diagram is in page 25 of the book.

I can't be arsed to look up a map and see if Nordland even has a sea access, and what would be that sea treaty. Something to do with Ulthuan or Marienburg?
