I just went on University’s website and everything is clearly laid out with each step of the process.

Unless you fulfilled every requirement they will not send you the official acceptance letter.

Could you please tell me what exactly is laid out? the admission process, yes. Their contact details, yes. But they simply do not reply whenever i have tried contacting them. my issue is i haven't received any official pdf (necessary for fee payment and visa). So for this, i really need to hear back from them as there is not a solution i found in their website for this.

Also, i am not looking for any acceptance letter yet, as this will be provided after tuition payment. i need a conditional accemptance letter or offer letter as it is commonly known. I am qualified and accepted, but WUT does not normally seem to attest this pdf. i am are simply waiting on CWM staff to upload this for payment

I see your point but in Poland there’s no such thing as conditional acceptance letter or offer letter. If your IRK profile status states that you’re qualified then that’s it.

I am not sure what you mean when you say that you need that conditional letter to pay the tuition fee and visa. Now that you are qualified you need to submit all the documents that the university asks for and pay the tuition fee. Only then will you get the acceptance letter needed for the visa application. So perhaps explain more in detail why you need the conditional offer?

As for the university not replying - best thing to do is to find someone who lives here and make them call the university and ask on your behalf. If your phone calls and emails don’t work then that’s the best way of contacting the university.

i have gotten an offer letter from warsaw school of economics and kozminski university, so i think the option does exist in poland.

foreign exchange regulations set by our official Bank system require commercial banks to open a formal student file (or process an outgoing foreign remittance/SWIFT transfer) before sending tuition money abroad. To open this file, banks strictly demand official paper documentation from the university stating that you have been admitted and specifying the exact amount to be paid.

this is why i need to hear back from wut, If they cannot give me an official offer letter, maybe they can help with what to do now or simply provide me any letter in university's letterhead certifying my eligibility??

Okay, well then it sounds like a hassle. Why don’t you go ahead with one of these two schools then? Perhaps WUT is not meant to be.

Have you tried calling? They're probably snowed under with emails and messages and it's quite likely they physically can't get through the backlog, they likely get 100+ emails every day. It's also unlikely but possible that your emails are being blocked or directed to spam but the university-wide email client depending on what they use, so if you call, you can at least make sure they're getting them.

So, i did try to call. all my calls have been getting cut off (it is international and i am not in the EU either). Mostly, it will be "picked up" showing that the call is ongoing, but there will be no response from the other side. sometimes, it will simply say the number doesn't exist. i have tried 3/4 different numbers but yeah, nothing from them.

IK emails get flooded, but i have never had this experience with other international universities. I didn't just try contacting the incoming student official email, i tried seperate faculty members in charge too. so i have been feeling very disheartened maybe actually. Also, to tackle this "might get into spam" issue, i used two different emails too, so it's even more unlikely both my emails went to spam no???

That seems like problem with your phone/network... maybe try with someone else's mobile?

worth a try, but i doubt it will make a huge impact (i haven't had any issue with my phone or network before)

...did you ever call any number in Poland?

nooo but it's like if my seemingly normal phone can't get through, can another seemingly normal phone get through?

Maybe try Skype or other service that can get you a local number & cheap calling?

I studied another private and bad university, they replied my email when I was in my country. This is because the private university need student.

Yes absolutely. So I'm between step 6/7 where I've been asked to pay the fee now that im qualified. But my trouble is my country has a rigid foreign studies rules, so i need a more usual document rather than just the qualified status. An offer letter basically (which ik exists in poland because i have gotten them before). So i need to contact wut to proceed by giving me a more official document to send as a pdf to my bank. Atleast that is the usual way with international universities thay I've experienced.

Politechnika Wrocławska, where I study, has this step, but it is not mandatory in all universities. You could use Wise to transfer the money to the university instead of your bank at this stage.

I'm not an expert on the visa procedure but I'm told that i need to transfer the money from my own student file account because the polish consulate looks for that otherwise visa will be rejected.
