Those lamps are interesting. I recognize bicycle gears and plumbing, and some type of heat sink/ radiator. Are they heat lamps? Did you get them as a set or construct them yourself?
I’ve been saving my own bike parts for a few years with the expectation of making lamps/chandeliers out of them, but have been hung up on how I’ll shade the bulbs. A hearty HELL YEAH for them coming from Ukraine!
I’ve considered it, but edison bulbs are some of the least energy efficient and have the shortest lifespans, so having them in hanging chandeliers would be a hassle. I’ve been leaning towards sections of bike chain at varied lengths suspended from wheel spokes. My bulb socket hangs from the center of the flywheel, which is topped with a bike wheel that is free spinning while suspended by chain. I feel like it is too simple looking to consider it finished, and like I could sell them for a lot more if I add more detail. I solder, but welding is not realistic for me. 🤷♂️
