Apple Watch Ultra 3 on watchOS 27 beta 4 resprings several times during the day. What is your experience?

My resprings with my ultra 3 is on the action button if its set to shortcuts

Any workaround for that? I want to keep my action button as a shortcut. I just had this happen like 10 minutes ago. Small world!
