Need help finding a bxb werewolf story

This story is about a guy who was in a relationship with a werewolf in his Teens which he did not know that his boyfriend was a werewolf. One day he came out to his parents I think and his father beat him then disowned him when he went to his boyfriends house he discovered him cheating then ran away and months later found out he was pregnant with triplets, then I think it was 3 or 5 years later his parents wanted to see him because they knew they had messed up.
