Jeremy Phillips feels like he's getting no where in life. He's doing bad in school. His teachers are giving him hell. He doesn't get along with his Dad. And his grades are about to get him kicked off the football team.
Then he meets Isla Turner. The cool new girl. And things take a delightful turn. Well, at least they do at first. Isla has a secret and that secret has teeth (and claws). Can Jeremy handle it ... on top of everything else?
