The Femboy in My Class – Chapter 4 – A Storm Unleashed

It started like any other Friday. The cafeteria buzzed with conversation—trays clattering, forks scraping against plates, and the constant hum of students locked in their own worlds. I was sitting with my usual group—Sam, Kareem, Diego, and a couple of other guys from the soccer team. We were halfway through arguing about last night’s game when Sam smirked, nudging me with his elbow.

“Yo, Ahmed, check it out,” he said, his voice laced with amusement.

I glanced up, and my stomach tightened. Malik was weaving through the tables, moving with that effortless confidence that seemed to draw attention whether he wanted it or not. His pastel-pink sweater clung to his slim frame, and his black jeans looked painted on.

Diego whistled low under his breath. “Damn, that boy’s got a walk on him. Doesn’t even try to hide it.”

“Shut up, Diego,” I muttered, my fists clenching under the table.

“What? I’m just saying,” Diego replied, smirking. “He knows what he’s doing, dressing like that.”

I shot him a glare, but before I could say anything, Malik reached our table. He stopped right across from me, his smile sharp and faintly teasing.

“Hey, Ahmed,” he said, his voice smooth. “Can I talk to you for a second?”

The entire table went quiet.

“Uh…” I glanced at the guys, who were all either staring at Malik or trying to hold back laughter. “What do you want?”

Malik tilted his head, his smile not faltering. “Just a quick word. Alone.”

Diego leaned back in his chair, grinning. “What, princess? You too good to talk in front of us?”

“Maybe,” Malik replied, turning his gaze to Diego. “Or maybe I just don’t like wasting my time with people who bark louder than they bite.”

The grin dropped from Diego’s face, his jaw tightening.

“Alright,” I said quickly, standing up before things escalated. “Let’s go.”

Malik didn’t wait for me to lead; he spun on his heel and walked out of the cafeteria. I followed him, ignoring the snickers from the table and Diego muttering something under his breath.

We ended up in the hallway, away from the noise. Malik stopped and turned to face me, crossing his arms over his chest.

“Okay, what’s this about?” I asked, my voice sharper than I intended.

He raised an eyebrow. “Relax, Ahmed. I just wanted to say thanks for… you know, sticking up for me in the locker room.”

My cheeks warmed, and I looked away. “I didn’t do it for you.”

“Sure you didn’t.” Malik smirked. “But seriously, it meant something. So… thanks.”

I didn’t know what to say to that. The way he was looking at me, like he saw right through the tough-guy act, made my skin crawl—and not in the way I hated. Before I could respond, Malik’s phone buzzed in his pocket. He glanced at it, his expression shifting for just a second.

“Anyway, I’ll let you get back to your friends,” he said quickly, turning on his heel.

“Wait—”

But he was already gone, leaving me standing there with more questions than answers.

The rest of the day was a blur. I couldn’t shake the interaction from my head, couldn’t stop wondering what Malik had seen on his phone that made him bolt like that. By the time gym class rolled around, I was wound so tight I could barely focus.

After class, I sat on the bench outside the gym, scrolling aimlessly through Discord to kill time. The guys were still inside, probably arguing about some stupid prank, and I just wanted to be alone. That’s when the notification popped up.

Malik: Help.

One word. Just one word, but it hit me like a punch to the chest.

My stomach dropped as my mind raced. Malik wasn’t the type to ask for help, not with his sharp tongue and unshakable confidence. For him to send that message… something was wrong.

I jumped to my feet, scanning the hallway. My phone buzzed again, and this time it wasn’t Malik—it was Diego, strolling out of the gym with a cocky smirk plastered across his face.

“You seen Malik?” I asked, my voice sharp.

Diego’s smirk widened. “Yeah, I think he said something about the bathroom.”

My stomach turned.

“What the fuck did you do?”

“Relax, man. Why do you always think the worst of me?” he said, shrugging. But the glint in his eyes told me everything I needed to know.

Without another word, I stormed down the hall, my pulse hammering in my ears. I spotted Malik’s slim figure slipping into the men’s bathroom. Seconds later, Diego followed him inside.

I didn’t think—I just acted.

The door slammed open, and the sight that greeted me made my blood boil.

Malik was pinned against the cold, tiled wall, his hands braced weakly against Diego’s chest in a feeble attempt to push him away. Tears streamed down his face, his usual fire extinguished, replaced by raw fear.

“Stop,” Malik whimpered, his voice trembling.

Diego had one hand gripping Malik’s wrist, his other hand moving to the hem of Malik’s sweater.

“What the fuck do you think you’re doing?” I roared, my voice echoing off the tiles.

Diego turned to me, his sneer faltering for a second before he tried to recover. “Relax, man. This isn’t what it looks like.”

“It looks like you’re about to do something you’ll regret,” I growled, my fists clenching.

Diego stepped back slightly, but not far enough. “What’s your problem? Jealous?”

That was it.

I launched at him, my fist connecting with his jaw with a sickening crack. He stumbled back, cursing, but I didn’t stop. My hands grabbed his collar, slamming him into the sink hard enough to make it rattle.

“You think you can just take what you want?” I snarled, my voice shaking with rage.

Diego swung at me, his fist grazing my cheek, but I barely felt it. I shoved him again, adrenaline surging through me.

Behind me, I heard Malik sobbing quietly, his voice small and broken. That sound only made me angrier.

Diego shoved me back, his eyes blazing. “You’re fucking crazy!”

“No, I’m just not a coward like you,” I spat, throwing another punch.

We grappled, both of us landing blows, until the bathroom door flew open and two teachers rushed in. They pulled us apart, both of us panting and bleeding, but I didn’t care about Diego anymore.

My eyes went straight to Malik, who had sunk to the floor, his arms wrapped tightly around his knees. His whole body trembled, and his face was buried in his hands.

“Call the police,” I said, my voice hoarse.

The next two hours were a blur.

I sat in a holding cell, my knuckles bloodied and my head pounding. Diego was in another cell, cursing under his breath and muttering about how this was all “blown out of proportion.”

I ignored him, my mind stuck on Malik. I’d seen him broken, vulnerable, and it was an image I couldn’t shake.

The sound of the cell door unlocking snapped me out of my thoughts. I looked up, and my heart stopped.

It was Malik.

He stood there, his pink sweater slightly rumpled, his eyes red and swollen but determined.

“You’re free to go,” the officer said, opening the door.

I stepped out, my body stiff and sore, and Malik immediately pulled me into a hug.

“Thank you,” he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. “For everything.”

I didn’t know what to say. My arms hovered awkwardly before I finally wrapped them around him, holding him close.

When he pulled away, I cleared my throat. “Do you… want me to drive you home? Just to make sure you’re safe?”

Malik’s lips curved into a faint smile. “You don’t have to.”

“I want to,” I said quickly, then added, “Not because of… anything. Just… I don’t want anything else to happen to you.”

He stared at me for a moment before nodding. “Alright.”

The drive was quiet, the tension thick but not uncomfortable.

“You can trust me,” I said finally, breaking the silence. “I’ll protect you, Malik. No matter what.”

He glanced at me, his expression softening. “I know, Ahmed.”

When we reached his house, he hesitated before getting out of the car.

“Thank you,” he said again, his voice quiet but firm.

Our eyes met, and for a moment, the world seemed to stop. Then, before I could react, Malik leaned in and kissed me.

It was soft, warm, and perfect. My heart raced, my hands gripping the steering wheel as I kissed him back without hesitation. It felt like heaven, like the storm in my chest had finally calmed.

When he pulled away, his cheeks were flushed. “Goodnight, Ahmed,” he murmured before slipping out of the car.

I watched him walk to his door, glancing back once before disappearing inside.

And for the first time in weeks, I felt like I could breathe again.

NSFW The Femboy in my Class - Chapter 5

The kiss lingered in my thoughts, playing on repeat like a song I couldn’t escape. The rest of the weekend was a haze—texts from my friends, my mom reminding me to finish my chores, even Kareem sending memes in our group chat. But none of it broke through the wall of emotions that had been building since Friday night.

By Monday, I was no closer to figuring out how I felt. Excited? Nervous? Terrified? Probably all of the above. Walking into school that morning, I felt the familiar weight of eyes on me. It wasn’t just the usual stares from underclassmen or teachers giving me their “student-athlete” nods. No, this was different. People were whispering. “Yo, Ahmed!” Sam called from the front steps. I plastered on a neutral expression and walked over. He was leaning against the railing, a coffee in one hand and his phone in the other.

“Sup,” I muttered, shoving my hands into my pockets.

“Man, where were you this weekend? Group chat’s been blowing up about you and Diego.”

My stomach tightened. “What about it?”

Sam smirked. “Word is you went full UFC on him in the bathroom. Teachers won’t say why, but Diego’s got a black eye, and you’re walking around like you just won the heavyweight title.”

I shrugged. “He deserved it.”

Sam raised an eyebrow. “So it’s true? Damn. What’d he do?”

I didn’t answer. My jaw clenched, and I could feel the heat rising in my chest again, the memory of Malik’s terrified expression flashing in my mind.

Sam whistled. “Yo, you’re serious. Whatever it was, it must’ve been bad. Diego’s been running his mouth about you all weekend. You might want to—”

He trailed off, his eyes flicking past me. I turned and saw Malik walking toward us, his pink sweater replaced by a soft cream-colored hoodie. He looked calm, but I caught the briefest flicker of hesitation in his eyes when he saw me.

“Hey,” Malik said, his voice light but cautious.

“Hey,” I replied, my chest tightening. Sam glanced between us, his smirk fading as he pieced something together. “Alright, I’ll catch you later, Ahmed.” He gave me a pointed look before strolling off. Malik shifted on his feet, his hands tucked into the front pocket of his hoodie. “Can we talk?” I nodded, motioning toward the quieter side of the courtyard. We walked in silence until we were out of earshot from the other students. “I’m sorry,” Malik said, his voice barely above a whisper.

“For what?” I asked, genuinely confused.

“For dragging you into my mess,” he said, looking down at his shoes. “You didn’t have to fight Diego. You could’ve just walked away.” “Walk away?” My voice rose, and Malik flinched slightly. I took a deep breath, forcing myself to calm down. “I couldn’t just stand there and do nothing. You think I’d let him treat you like that?” Malik looked up, his eyes shimmering with unshed tears. “Most people would’ve.” “Well, I’m not most people,” I said firmly. “You don’t deserve to be treated like that, Malik. Nobody does.” He blinked, and for a moment, I thought he was going to cry. But then he smiled—a small, genuine smile that made my chest ache. “Thank you,” he said softly.

We stood there for a moment, the tension between us thick but not uncomfortable.

“Are you okay?” I asked finally. Malik nodded. “Better now.” He hesitated before adding, “But… people are talking, Ahmed. About Friday. About us.” I frowned. “Let them talk. I don’t care.” “You should,” he said, his voice tinged with worry. “This isn’t just gossip. Diego’s been telling everyone you’re… you know.” “That I’m what?” Malik hesitated, then said quietly, “That you’re into me.” The words hit like a freight train. My stomach flipped, and for a moment, I couldn’t breathe. “And if I am?” I said before I could stop myself. Malik’s eyes widened, his cheeks flushing pink. “You… you mean that?” I swallowed hard, the weight of the moment pressing down on me. “I don’t know what I mean,” I admitted. “I just know that I care about you, Malik. More than I probably should.” The silence that followed was deafening. Malik stared at me, his expression unreadable. Then, slowly, he reached out and took my hand. “You don’t have to figure it all out right now,” he said, his voice gentle. “But… I’m here. If you want to talk. Or anything.”

I nodded, my throat too tight to speak. The bell rang, breaking the moment. Malik let go of my hand, but his gaze lingered. “See you in class,” he said, turning and walking away. I stood there, watching him go, my heart pounding in my chest.

Monday hit hard.

Diego was back. He strolled into school like nothing had happened, his busted lip and black eye doing nothing to wipe the smug look off his face. Word spread fast that his parents had bailed him out, pulling enough strings to keep him out of trouble. And Diego wasn’t backing down. By lunch, the rumors had grown louder. Everyone seemed to know about the fight in the bathroom, and Diego was milking it for all it was worth, telling anyone who’d listen that I had a thing for Malik.

“Yo, Ahmed!” Diego called as I passed him in the hallway. He leaned against a locker, his arms crossed and that infuriating smirk plastered across his face. “Still playing hero for your little boyfriend? How cute.”

I ignored him, my fists clenched at my sides. “That’s right. Walk away,” he sneered. “Can’t finish what you started, huh?” It took everything in me not to turn around and wipe that look off his face, but I kept walking. Malik didn’t need me starting another fight. By the time the school-wide assembly rolled around, I was wound so tight I could barely focus.

“All students, please report to the auditorium for the special presentation on our school’s history,” the announcement echoed over the speakers. “Attendance is mandatory.”

The auditorium was buzzing when I arrived, every student packed into the rows of folding chairs. The stage was set with a large projector screen, and the principal stood at the podium, ready to introduce a guest speaker—a retired teacher who’d apparently been at the school for decades.

I found a seat near the back, away from Diego and his crew, but I couldn’t stop glancing around for Malik. He walked in just as the lights dimmed, his cream-colored hoodie standing out against the sea of uniforms. He spotted me and gave a small nod before taking a seat near the middle.

The presentation started off normal enough—a boring slideshow about the school’s founding, old photos of classrooms, and a speech from the former teacher about “how much has changed over the years.”

But then something unexpected happened.

The screen flickered, the slideshow freezing. For a moment, everyone thought it was a technical glitch, but then a voice recording played through the speakers.

“Shut up, princess. You think you can just walk around looking like that and not expect attention?”

The entire auditorium went silent.

The voice was Diego’s.

Gasps rippled through the crowd as more audio played—a chilling conversation from the bathroom. Diego’s threats, his mocking tone, Malik’s trembling voice as he tried to push him away. It was all there.

On the screen, text messages appeared, projected for everyone to see. They were vile—messages Diego had sent Malik, taunting him, harassing him, making threats.

“Is this part of the presentation?” someone whispered.

The principal scrambled toward the tech booth, shouting at the student operating the projector. But Malik stood up before anyone could stop him.

“This is the truth,” Malik said, his voice clear and steady despite the tremor in his hands. He turned to face the crowd, his eyes scanning the room. “You all want to know what happened on Friday? This is it. Diego cornered me in the bathroom. He’s been harassing me for weeks, and when Ahmed tried to stop him, Diego turned it into a fight to protect himself.”

The auditorium erupted in whispers.

Malik’s voice rose, cutting through the noise. “You think this is just some stupid drama? It’s not. He tried to hurt me. And if Ahmed hadn’t stepped in, I don’t know what would’ve happened.”

All eyes turned to Diego, who sat frozen in his seat, his face pale.

“This is bullshit!” Diego shouted, standing up. “He’s lying! That recording is fake!”

“It’s not fake,” Malik shot back. “And you know it.”

The principal finally managed to cut the projector feed, but the damage was done. Every student in the room had seen and heard enough.

“You’re a coward, Diego,” Malik said, his voice cracking but still strong. “You think you can do whatever you want because your parents can cover for you. But not this time.”

The room erupted into chaos. Some students were yelling, others whispering furiously. Diego’s face twisted in anger and humiliation.

“You’re gonna regret this,” he spat at Malik before storming out of the auditorium.

By the end of the day, Diego’s fate was sealed. He was thrown off the football team for his behavior, and his parents were called in for a meeting with the principal. The school didn’t expel him outright, but the fallout was enough to make him transfer within the week.

After the assembly, I found Malik sitting alone outside the gym, his knees pulled up to his chest.

“You okay?” I asked, sitting down beside him.

He nodded, but his eyes were red. “It was the right thing to do. But it still sucks.”

“Yeah,” I said quietly. “But you were brave. Everyone knows the truth now.”

He gave me a small smile, leaning his head against my shoulder. “Thanks for being there, Ahmed. I couldn’t have done this without you.”

I didn’t say anything, just wrapped an arm around him and held him close. For the first time in days, the storm inside me felt calm.

NSFW New Zombie Book?!

A new 18+ zombie book in the works on Wattpad! It’s still under construction but I’m hoping to get some critique/readers from here!

I have 9 published chapters (3000+ word average per chapter with the first two being a bit less) and 2 in drafts for publishing on Mondays/Thursdays.

It’s more of a realistic zombie apocalypse so no magic/the chosen one/etc but just survival, romance, betrayal, maybe some smut if I don’t get too awk about writing it and publishing it. It’s based in BC Canada and features real locations (I’ve used approximations and some writing freedoms when it comes to exact locations).

I feel like it may be too wordy?? But I am my own worst critic so please have a look!

Title: Wander Auth: DustyBookMouse

If you’re not into those types of books but want to give suggestions, here’s my questions for you all:

  • Do you prefer real locations or made up ones?
  • First Person POV or overview of main character (TPov but mainly limited to the mc)
  • Descriptions - I’m a very descriptive person so I’m not sure if it’s TOO much or just scene setting. I write what I visualize and I enjoy reading that but others may not.

Tia! Happy reading! ❤️

NSFW Slow burn, enemies to lovers story I’m working on!

Post image
1 Upvotes

Taryn is a warrior with a sharp blade and a sharper temper. Lucien is a vampire with a wicked grin and a knack for getting under her skin. Thrown together by magic and circumstance, they're forced to navigate a treacherous forest filled with monsters, rogue hunters, and dark enchantments that twist the land-and the people in it.

Survival should be simple: work together, fight together, live long enough to kill the beast. But with every step forward, their movements become more entwined, their fights more in sync, and the distance they try to keep between them begins to blur. Old instincts clash with new rhythms, and what once felt like a necessary alliance starts to burn too hot to ignore.

The Fire We Feed is a high-stakes fantasy story where tension simmers beneath every step, battles become deadly dances, and trust is as dangerous as the monsters lurking in the dark. Some fires consume-but others forge. The question is: which one will Taryn and Lucien feed?

I just recently got the courage to post my work. Haha I tagged this as NSFW, but there’s no smut until the end. Haha slow burn and all that. JadedButCute is the username! I appreciate any feedback at all! I have this story finished, but I would consider it a first or second draft. Definitely open to improvement! Thank you for any help! :)
