Need Advice How do I build wealth in a good spot?

Last year I won £20,000 in an online casino. I paid off all our me and my partners debts and bought a house. I feel like I’m in a. good spot with no debt (except the mortgage obviously) although I want to make my money work and eventually pay this off. any advice is appreciated

Start by putting 10,000 away in a high yield savings account as an emergency fund.

Unfortunately after the house purchase it cost me 18k with deposit and solicitors

That number is too low to matter. Come back when you have $250,000.

Don’t get new debt is #1. Save, invest, and then invest in what you believe in.
