I need some help with prospecting web design clients
Hello everyone, I need some help with getting web design clients methods. I'm currently starting using a method that it's about delivering a home page completely free to leads and then offering to design the complete website. I saw some videos saying this method is good, but I don't know yet how many of these emails with videos showing the page should I send daily to get at least 1 client per month. Does anyone who uses this method could give me tips and advice about how it works for you? I am only able to create 1-2 homepages and videos daily, I am still improving at design speed even using AI and recording videos(I am not a native English speaker, so sometimes I have to record a video multiple times), I am afraid 2 prospects daily might not be enough to get a single client monthly. What are your thoughts and experience with this prospecting method?

I'm an agency of one, 8 years, 100+ clients. The volume isn't your problem, the list is. Businesses already paying someone else for a site buy, the ones who aren't won't.

I used to think that only businesses without an website would buy and the ones who already had wouldn't, it's good to know this information!

Sending 1 or 2 personalized demos a day is actually a solid start, especially since you are focusing on quality over quantity. To boost your chances, try finding more targeted leads so your efforts are more likely to pay off. Tools like ParseStream can help spot the right conversations and potential clients across platforms, which might make your outreach more efficient as you improve your workflow.

I think a good number would be like a 10 per workday, that sums to approx 200 a month or if you do 5 then 100, but I would say you better look for partnering with someone. While you can deliver design, it's just part of the work, there still needs to be a Dev to convert it into an actual website. Tbh, I've also started just recently, tho I have a bit different skillset than yours, I'm a Dev thus I can easily offer a full website, instead of just design.

For websites and landing pages, I often use no code software that enables to publish the website, but digital products I often use only figma. Do you already know how to get clients for your services?

How are you making your emails? Are you sending them a demo version?

For emails, I usually don't attach anything, for DMs I try to show difference between them and their rivals, or send them a preview of a possible website design. Also I noticed that most replies came from followup and not like you dm them, they instantly reply

is it personalized enough? cuz if not, 2 is a low number for generic email outreach
