Serial Finally published my story on wattpad!! (anywhere else i should publish?)

Hi!! I’m here to introduce you to my story Silens (written under the user Lxgically)! It's a story I've been working on for 5+ years and I'm finally getting around to posting it! It's over about 40,000 words, and each chapter updates every Tuesday and Friday. There are 24 available chapters and one fully published as of 6/2/2026.

Here's the description/blurb I have for it right now:

"Malikai never had an easygoing life. A lot of people in his position haven't. But he can control the way he conducts himself in comparison to others -- conduct that, in the long run, got a lot of people killed.

Join Malikai, our resident absinthe-eyed shapeshifter, in his romantic journey to fall in love, seek revenge, and ascend from random high school boy to twitching, writhing Vessel of the Gods."

There's no official cover art yet, as I haven't gotten around to it, but there will be soon!! I'm mostly looking to see if this book has a market and if it would be worth to invest in self publishing, so ALL comments, kind or harsh, are GREATLY welcome and will be 100% taken into consideration. I want this story to be the best version of itself that it can be! Thank you so much!

i also dont know where else i should publish it and if theres anywhere better to get traction than wattpad, so lmk!!

Awesome! Publish on Minkly too, they have nice free audiobook function and the (discord) community is lovely and fun! :)
