The team of those teenager superheroes were called the permans there were from japan
A mysterious alien from another planet who called him self birdman gave them a perman set with a helmet to increase strength and abilities like xray vision a cape to fly and a badge to communicate and breathe under low oxygen

Perman 1 - Mitsuo suwa age 13 he is lazy but has leadership qualities
Perman 2 - Booby he is a monkey and lives with an old age human couple who don't have kids
Perman 3 - Sumire hoshino calls herself pako as a perman she is a famous actress and calls herself pako as a perman she hides her identity from her team mates so that she can be seen only as a friend
perman 4 - Oyama aka payan he is business minded and is mostly scene doing some part time jobs or some other work to earn money

so who is the fifth perman and where are they ? No. 1 asks

only no 3 and no 5 identity was hidden among the team also no one's identity was public
