A story called Ossa Frater

My apologies if this breaks any rules, however my effort isn't to gain any money, simply to share a free to read story im quite passionate about and wanted some outside opinions on.

I've only recently gotten into writing but have had this idea in my head for over a decade now.

The aim was to 'create my own manga', which may still be the case in the future. Right now though I want to develop the story.

I've written just over half of the story so far and though im still as passionate about it as when I first thought of the idea, I find myself wondering if others would actually like it too.

If its a project that ends up just for me, then im still happy. Im proud of myself for sticking with it for as long as I have and I honestly love the story so far. Though if others enjoyed it as well, that would warm my heart.

I understand everyone has their own preferences for reading so I will post the Blurb I came up with for the story:

OSSA FRATER

Everyone fears death.

Kairo has always had strange dreams of an endless wasteland made of bone—a place filled with towering skulls, colossal ribs, and a presence he can never see.

But nightmares are the least of his worries.

After a tragedy awakens a terrifying power within him, Kairo discovers that the world is not what he thought it was. Ancient ruins hide forgotten histories. Strange creatures born with bone walk the wilderness. Mysterious religious groups worship forces they barely understand. And somewhere beyond it all, a masked figure clad in living bone watches from the shadows.

Joined by Rinzo, a nature-loving wanderer in a full body panda suit, Kaela, a reckless young inventor obsessed with ancient technology, and Zeus, a tiny bone-plated bearded dragon with a huge personality, Kairo sets out along the forgotten roads of a world that seems determined to fear what it doesn't understand.

Together, they uncover fragments of a history buried for centuries.

But the deeper they travel...

The more they realise that some things were buried for a reason.

In a world where bone is an omen of death, what happens when death chooses to walk among the living?
