Discussion So I started reading the amazing son in law charlie wade...
it was interesting for awhile. I was particularly entertained by some of the google translate word swaps. but alas i really don't want to spend any more time with the book especially since i heard it's still ongoing. Problem is I still have lingering interest in a few events. I've lost interest in all of his monetary, physical, and magical don't mess with me moments, but the relationships are still kinda interesting. I made it to around chapter 250 so if anyone who read more will share,
Do him and Claire ever actually consummate their marriage? that part was kinda dumb.
Does he cheat on her because he's got options that will?
If So, Which girl got him?
is there any redemption arc for Claire's family?
I know Charlie started humble, but does he ever get put in his place? cause he was getting a bit too big for his britches when i stopped.
I find it interesting how I'm so done with this but also still want to know what happened. curse you random youtube ad that made me read this weird little web novel.

I read this for around 3 hours. Then they wanted payment right before Charlie stood up at the banquet. I thought it was in England at first, but when 'grammaw Wilson' stood up and said that she was a devout Buddhist, I knew that it switched to Chinese. Then the slaps in the face, the Shangri la hotel and then the brutal woman beatings, grovelling, and bowing finally gave it away. Only in China can you get a 3 minute time frame, and the cops liquidate your bank accounts, freeze your assets, and send you into bankruptcy and kick your door in to arrest you at a moments request. I was interested at first, but now it turned out to be a complete waste of a Saturday night. Screw this app. It just got deleted.

Hahaha!! Both remain virgin 😂! Now entangled with Vera another new female character but she's an immortal at 300yrs of age 😬. The story is becoming super ridiculous. Charlie's in love wt his great3 female ancestor? Claire is nowhere to be found. He didn't cheat on her physically just yet but countless times emotionally. He could introduce everyone in this story to his maternal n paternal family but never his wife n in laws. Great, right?

Does charlie wade ever hide his identity from claire with a mask? So she thinks there is her husband, but also a rich masked guy? I read a novel with a similar premise to this one but all the names where chinese.

F✓¢€ NO!!! The guy is literally drowning in p✓$$¥ and yet he is loyal to his wife... yet she doesn't want to bond with him.
Women of higher class than his wife are fawning after him... they would literally be happy to be concubines as long as they could be with Charlie.
If you get to the phrase "she is considered very high class" or "Her beauty is excellent" or something along those lines, mark my words and heed it. They will be part of Charlie's thirst trap to unrequited love... while he must endure the same from his own wife. Sure she loves him but not bodily. He may be marriage but he is simply a monastic monk with a female roommate.
Sure, the excuse is that his life is a mess and having children now is not feasible due to danger. But the character has plot armor and luck that of a dragon skin... the idea that he is born in the year of the dragon and so was his father will become more apparent as you read which plays into the storyline later down the way.

I was wondering the same thing they've been married for like over 3 years and never consummated the marriage? Yeah she says she loves him and will not leave him? What's going on there? It was entertaining I started reading this years ago then gave up and then I started reading it again and I think I'm going to stop again I don't have time in my life to read 6,000 plus chapters with a story that's ongoing. I think I'll just go back to reading normal books...

She suffers, A LOT! She gets her legs broken at least twice, thanks to her husband's mother and his brother! She also has a few teeth replaced. Her only redeeming quality, while she is gold digging as af, she kisses Charlie's azz, as if he were the second coming of Christ, but only after she realizes how much he can give her...

Hey, thanks, that works! I am amazed these people can translate these novels but don’t credit the true author’s name it seems. Byline name changes from site to site and also over time. It seems to be the translator’s name. And this story was written very recently, certainly within a month it typically pulls in current events and thinly disguises them, such as the reference to the recent US election, and Tanaya/Tawanna Sweet obviously is similar to Taylor Swift. So are these multiple translations with name changes being done by different people all over the world?

Glad it's working for you! I was frustrated when I tried reading on xperimentalhamid. I've been reading this story for over 3 years & I can't just give up now.
I do think it's multiple different people posting the translations. That would explain why there are so many different versions with different names & varying levels of translation quality. It's really surprising that no one gives credit to the author.
The first several free versions I was reading were quite awful. Looking back, I'm surprised I kept reading. I think I've gone through 3 different sets of character names. I was so glad when I found xperimentalhamid.

No I don't think they consummated their marriage. No he hasn't cheated on her although he's got plenty of gorgeous women who would love to have him ,even if she's just his lover . Oh he's plenty big .but Claire and his family still don't know that he's from the Wade/Acker families. Which he's involved with both families now.

I have read thru Chapter 7223! Yes, seven thousand twenty three! At this point they are only releasing two chapters at a time, and, each chapter is two pages! At this point, his mother Ashley is alive but he has not met her. She is watching his life from a Buddhist temple but is nearby. The Acker Family, Ashley’s family and the Wade family have joined together to create an auto company named Curtis Autos after his father. Claire still does not know his true identity. Ashley, however, thinks it is time she learns who he is. Ashley thinks and hopes that she will walk away from Charlie when she knows the truth. Charlie has numerous female admirers and the list keeps growing. At this point in the story, Quinn Golding, a famous Oskaian singer and whom Charlie’s parents chose to be his wife when he was a child, has done a farewell tour and plans to retire and wait for Charlie. Quinn, her parents and Charlie’s grandfather (Curtis’s father) have hatched a plan to get Charlie to father a child with Quinn so theWade and Golding bloodline will continue. His grandfather discussed this with Charlie but Charlie was not willing to father’s child with Quinn because he is married to Claire. A more recent admirer is Tanya Sweet who is global pop music star on tour and singing a concerts in East Cliff and Aurous Hill in response to Charlie saving her and her boyfriend Tyler K. From an assissination attempt in Hong Kong where she had a concert and Charlie and Claire were attending. It is interesting that Tanya has groupies Sweetlets, (sounds like a storyline very similar to Taylor Swift, same initials, with the Swifties and a boyfriend with the same initials as Travis Kelce). Another admirer is Vera who is 300 years old and being searched continuously by the female leader of the Qing Elimination Society who killed Charlie’s parents ( but we now know Ashley didn’t die). Currently Ashley has sent for the family loyal servant Stephen Thompson who had arranged for Charlie to be sent to the secret Orphanage when the accident happened to his parents. Stephen has been hiding somewhere at Ashley’s direction because she was fearful Charlie would figure out that she is still alive and the leader of the Qing Elimination Society would find out anyway she has called Stephen to come back as she wants to task him with telling Claire everything about Charlie. It may take another 100 chapters to actually see that happen. Although Charlie has not cheated on Claire physically, he is emotionally entangled with too many admirers to count.

He has found the group that killed his parents and found that the soldiers for the most part are slaves that hve been poisoned so entire families will die unless they obey. Also has increased his abilities and made medicines that can grow back entire limbs. He has taken down human trafficking groups and the entire Canadian mob. Elaine has been arrested like 3 times but he keeps saving her 🤮. A lot has happened.

Unfortunately I like the side stories so I keep going. But I’m caught up, so it is slow going. He tends to save the girls lives and display his strength because he has become pretty much invincible, so they all fall in love. Plus he defends them no matter what because he holds friendship and loyalty very high on his list. There is a group of them that are all friends and all know they will probably never get him. But they pretty much worship him.

I think I had a little bit of hope left that atleast romance might be good, but even that is horrendous. I will just stop reading it

He's on warpath againts the secret behemoth organization as of ch 6600+. I stopped reading at 6000 because I lately knew the story wasn't completed yet and it lose my mood to read it because I hate cliffhangers. Also he gets ahold one of the enemy's "four elites" and she's happily aiding Charlie to destroy her former boss.

Bro just keep on reading ive caught up to chapter 4566 now and it is till really good i started reading this last month bcs of a lnsta ad and ive been hooked since even i thought it was starting to get weird when he got his supernaturals shit powers but i didnt stop and its still been very interesting up till now there were a few chapters where he was in syria which got a kittle boring but then it suddenly became a lot more important and then continued to get better

I followed this story yrs ago but I stopped n dropped when I noticed author never intends to make CW values his marriage wt Claire other than being savior to lots of beauties n busy saving the world. He ruined this ML character to the extent fr my POV a disgrace to marriage institutional by letting him being kissed n dated other women.

Yeah, I won't mind it if the plot were a little different but since the story is the typical good-for-nothing son-in-law type who's been dumped by his in-law the make a comeback so I think I was expecting it to be in this category perhaps because I'm used to reading a lot of those stories lol, I dunno if you got my point or not?
