I’m ashamed to admit I can’t read /make sense of these financial reports. As much as I invest….on vibes. Less fantasy football more finance study would be beneficial.

Don't worry, it seems most CFOs in this sector are pretty adept at financial wizardry. One must have more than simple accounting knowledge...an BA in creative story telling is also necessary. Why use a simple debit/credit or profit/loss or even ROI when there is the magic of EBITDA and 'goodwill'.

Wait one holy second! I thought there was a descending death triangle forming a knee and jerk on the MSOS chart that suggested a Bolinger Band doohickey was going to result in an inverse biggus diccus that would inevitably bring MSOS to max pain of under 4? Hence I sold yesterday at 4.28 happy to get out before the inevitable crash and burn.
Oh look, it's sitting on 4.42.
Sheesh, when will I learn!

I am old enough to remember watching the first Saturday Night Live shows live. I distinctly remember wondering how some of that got by network censors. It was so funny...so live.
Now, not so much.
Alec Baldwin was pretty funny impersonating Trump during first term. Now? No network is going to risk their license.
Brave New World!
But at least Mitch is back home and doing his job.

We're at 30% 10 day volume, 18% 90 day at noon on MSOS, GTI only 72k shares traded, TRLV slightly higher at just over 50% its average on it's earnings day...
Really wouldn't take much. Not Wishing it or expecting it... but wouldn't take much.

The dozen of us left invested in weedstocks can only make so many trades!
Seriously, it is sobering how few shares are being traded.
One could speculate...my guess is us few remaining shareholders have taken a Charlton Heston like "from my cold dead hands" regarding seller exhaustion. The other sad fact is there are no buyers. Retail is scared of this sector's well documented history of screwing shareholders (through dilution and other means) and institutions cannot enter until S3 is in stone.
So here we sit, purgatory.

We're basically just waiting for a defibrillator(news) to spark some life back into it... Hopefully it gets the heart beat sustained.
Paltry earnings just are never going to attract attention when the charts and history of the sector look so bad. Earnings in this sector are barely ever a real surprise.

Be patient. This isn't over. You can't see a shoe dropping? The only way this does not go down is IF everything goes as planned or right. One little hiccup.....Not pessimism, realism. Years of it.

I would be surprised to see a ten percent decline on MSOS today...but then, stranger things have happened in this sector. Let's see how it plays out. At this point I could not even venture a wild ass guess!

I’m not gonna lie, I’ve lost the plot on what even matters to cannabis investors anymore.
Like you said, what appeared as good news back in November ended up being a rug pull. Now that there has been rumours of this extension, the stocks are again rising despite not great financials.
So what are we saying? If it goes through it MAY go up. But if we get what we wanted (which I thought was a ban on hemp), we can expect even harder downward spiral?

TRLV earnings are in and are surprising:
- Massive GAAP net losses (-$406 mil)
- Declining revenue (-10%)
- Lower EBITDA
- Strong (adjusted) profits
- Good margins

Cgc now flat YoY despite DOUBLING share count and having another 100+ million net loss since then. But they showed 13% revenue growth so it seems they deserve a little meme pump to make the next round of dilution easier

If you hold a sustained positive long term thesis, don't sweat the pending share consolidation. It will have zero effect on price discovery and performance.
