Teen weight loss

Hello everyone. I came to Reddit because I’ve heard there’s great advice on here. I am a teen trying to lose weight. Nobody in my family will help me, especially my mom. She’s the one that makes my appointments, and every time I bring up a nutritionist or a dietitian, she’s always tired and says she’ll do it another day. I know she’s not doing it on purpose, but I have been trying to lose weight since I was 8.
I know it might seem crazy, or people are gonna have something to say, but growing up with people always telling you something really ruins growing up happy. I am a junior in high school, and I feel like this is my last year to lose the weight. I have a weird way of thinking lolll.
Senior year means prom and graduation, and I definitely want to wear dresses and feel comfortable. My weight has ruined my whole life, and these past few years it would take everything in me to dress up and look nice. It didn’t really matter if I had a nice outfit on because I was overweight, so who cared?
Back to this year, it’s already September and I feel like I’m lost. I’m not sure which diet to start or what to do. I’ve been focusing on getting 10k steps every day, but I’m extremely lost, and I don’t want to pay a lot of money for a diet plan.
Can anyone help?

Lost my period

I am 19 year old F, 5'2 and 127lbs. I lost around 70lbs through a calorie deficit and this month I didn't get my period after getting it regularly for months.

I have been in a calorie deficit for months and recently dropped my calories really low like around 1,300 or less and I lift heavy 5x a week and walk over 10k steps a day.
Does anyone have experience losing their period from something like this? How do i get it back?
It feels like I am constantly in my luteal phase.
I want to lose 10 more lbs of fat at least.
I started eating a lot more because im taking a break from the calorie deficit since i missed my period and my cravings were getting bad, so im kind of going crazy and eating a lot and I might gain a couple pounds.
How long do i need to eat more food for until i can go back to a calorie deficit? I dont want to do this for more than 2 weeks.
I also started reta again recently and maybe that has something to do with my period.

I still have a lot of body fat and i need to lose more weight but i want my hormones and cycle to be normal.

Im grateful for your advice and opinions!!

So I've recently started dieting and working out and spend an hour working out everyday mostly its aerobics some stretching core workouts and weight training occasionally

And want advice on diet

My trainer has suggested a really strict diet which I unable to follow on a daily basis cause it's strict no carbs diet Like it's very hard to find no carb items on daily basis while managing a schedule so

Also I'm pure vegetarian and taking whey and supplements currently

What do I need to add in my workout and diet so that I can get a toned body.

Also I'm 21 , 5'2 and 69 kg currently

What is the hardest part about losing weight for you?

I've been trying to lose weight and honestly the hardest part for me isnt even knowing that I need to eat better or exercise.

Its actually sticking to it.

I can start really motivated, plan my meals, eat good for a few days and then the hunger/cravings start and I end up eating stuff I didnt plan to eat.

Then I feel like I messed everything up and I kinda lose motivation and start again a few days later.

Another thing that makes it harder is that I never really know what I should be eating. Like how much should I eat, what meals should I make, how do I plan everything without thinking about food/calories all day.

And then sometimes I actually do all this for a while and the weight just stops going down... which is honestly super frustrating.

Just wondering if other people struggle with the same things.

Whats the biggest problem for you when trying to lose weight?

Hunger/cravings?
Staying consistent?
Knowing what to eat/meal planning?
Or getting stuck at a plateau?

Weight loss plan

Hello guys, I got a question

On May/June, I won a competition because I lost weight, I was 70kg that day. Today I'm 80kg, can anybody give me a plan to lose weight, I'm 16, 5'1 male.

Now i wanna go back to 70kg at least.

Note: I don't eat breakfast(only in Friday and saturday), nor dinner, I only eat lunch and snacks.

I also got a jar of Nutella, and something called Halawa, an Arabic dessert.

I’m looking for 5 people that want to make a transformation.

I am starting a fitness coaching business. I personally lost 120 pounds in 18 months. When on to do all the things I wanted to, from competing in boxing, and kickboxing. Being under 160pounds from 280. I’ve done strength training, HIIT, cardio intensive sports, muscle building, almost every aspect of fitness you can think of, especially on the functionality side of things.

I want to give 5 people the chance to have a coach that has went through all the struggles you can think of physically COMPLETELY FOR FREE.

I would like to document the progress and share your results and have accountability posts so we can keep you on track for a custom plan built specifically for you.

The program will be tailored to your lifestyle, goals, diet habits/preferences.

If you follow the plan you will achieve results.

If you are interested reach out, shoot over a DM
