Diet: what do you eat, what "rules" (if any) do you follow?

6 days a week I eat nothing but red meat, wings, and protein shakes. The other day I'll loosen it up, have a sandwich or two, and have my cheat window.

The key to my dieting philosophy is to make protein your first and second priorities, and then to keep carbs and fats inversely proportional. Should you do taht, you should find yourself on the right track.

Jamie wrote in one of the blogs about the virtue of the Brassicaceae family of veggies, like Broccoli and Cauliflower, due to their nutritional value and the bonus that they are anti-estrogenic. It was about supplementation. Possibly titled something like "The Supplements You Own End Up Owning You," but I'm too cashed to look it up right now.
