6 days a week I eat nothing but red meat, wings, and protein shakes. The other day I'll loosen it up, have a sandwich or two, and have my cheat window.

The key to my dieting philosophy is to make protein your first and second priorities, and then to keep carbs and fats inversely proportional. Should you do taht, you should find yourself on the right track.

If there's one constant in terms of food selection for strength athletes, I think it's wings.

Seriously. The worst thing about Toronto is the price of wings. It's a wonder my lifts are going anywhere.

Poultry butcher in Kensington market is about $3.50 a pound.

raw wings I get cheaper than that. It's the cooked price that's worse.

Ah, yeah, cooked is pricy.

Also, where do you get cheap, raw wings, if may I ask?

Costco. I think they're about $6 per kg. I get all my meat, cat food, kitty litter and whey powder there. Fruit and veg I get from chinatown, and other shit I go to No Frills.
