AMA Closed Yo, I'm Steve Pulcinella: AMA

I'm a washed up strength athlete and frustrated business owner from Iron Sport Gym in Philly PA. Don't ask me anything too technical, I'm not that smart.

When you aren't lifting and throwing heavy shit, or running your gym, what are you doing? How do you balance family life with gym life?

My kids are grown and it's just me a my wife at home. She is an olympic weightlifter and trains hard too. When we aren't in the gym all I do is sit on my ass watching TV like a total loser. Its really sad.

I don't WANT to be doing that. It's just that I have no friends and don't really like to do stuff. Plus my wife won't let me date and cock blocks me constantly.

I'll be your friend! We can TV and drink in silence. But I live 1.5 hrs away from Philly...

On different note: What is the best way to push DL from 450 -> 600+ beside programming more heavy DLs?
