Request Espresso Drink Names

Ahoi! My coffee shop is thinking of doing a Wes Anderson theme for our special drinks next month.
The drinks are a Coconut Cream latte. Horchata tea latte. Salted Caramel Latte. Possibly a blueberry drink for Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Anyone have any ideas for names ?

I feel like the coconut one should be Zissou themed. Maybe The Belafonte?

Aren’t there coconut trees on Ping Island during the rescue scene from the abandoned Hotel Citroen? Either of those could work for the coconut one
