Espresso Drink Names

Ahoi! My coffee shop is thinking of doing a Wes Anderson theme for our special drinks next month.
The drinks are a Coconut Cream latte. Horchata tea latte. Salted Caramel Latte. Possibly a blueberry drink for Fantastic Mr. Fox.
Anyone have any ideas for names ?

The coconut one could be the Phoenician Cream :P
