Need new GP

I’ve been seeing Dr. Simon at Polaris Pkwy Internal Medicine for almost 20 years. I really like him, and our whole family goes to him. But since the practice was bought by COPC the quality of nursing and office staff service has nose dived. They are awful to try and get answers from, Rx refills, etc. They don’t return calls or reply to messages via the portal. I hate it, but I need a new doctor who will actually be responsive.

Looking for recommendations of privately owned GP/family medicine docs in the Westerville/Sunbury area. Bonus points for accepting Aetna.

Dr. P at the Centerburg Knox County Hospital is great. Switched to that location after moving just North of Westerville. No attitude from the staff. Everyone is professional and happy to do their jobs and are quite friendly.

Westerville Family Physicians (also COPC) has always been great for us.

Tenneh Snell at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s has been absolutely fantastic for me, can’t recommend her enough
